Aides and Companions care-givers are all Certified Nurses Aides or Home Health Aides. All are graduates of state-certified programs and receives monthly “in-service” training to keep their skills honed. In addition we offer homemakers and companions. All of our service providers are thoroughly screened. We are licensed, bonded and insured.
Aides & Companions offers members on a barter basis a Companion or Aides for few hours per day or/as needed or on a regular basis (sorry we do not offer live in services on barter at this time)
Our minimum is 2 - 3 hours depending on the client location. Waterbury & Stratford 3 hours; Closer to New Haven 2 hours. We do cover areas beyond are normal areas such as Guilford & Cheshire Since fewer of our staff live in those areas we cannot guarantee these areas will be available. We ask you just to ask for any area please
Hourly Rate is about $24 - $28 per hour
